These terms cover the Gridline Labs website (gridlinelabs.studio) and Gridline Studio, the in-house publishing tool run by Gridline Labs, LLC ("Gridline Labs", "we", "us"). By using either one, you agree to them.
1. The website
You may browse and share this website freely. Our shows, characters, artwork and videos belong to Gridline Labs, and you may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
2. Gridline Studio
Gridline Studio is an internal tool used only by authorised Gridline Labs team members to publish content we own to social media accounts we own. It isn't available to the public, and there's no way to sign up. Authorised users agree to:
- connect only accounts that Gridline Labs owns or is authorised to manage;
- publish only content Gridline Labs has the rights to;
- keep their login private and report any suspected misuse straight away;
- follow each platform's own rules, including labelling AI-generated content.
3. Third-party platforms
Gridline Studio publishes through each platform's official API, and using it means agreeing to that platform's terms too:
- YouTube: Gridline Studio uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Facebook and Instagram: the Meta Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use.
- TikTok: the TikTok Terms of Service.
How we handle data from these platforms is described in our Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings, as explained there.
4. No warranty
The website and Gridline Studio are provided "as is". We work to keep them running but don't promise they'll always be available or error-free, and platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Gridline Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or Gridline Studio.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
